INDIVIDUAL TICKETS

Individual tickets for screenings are $15.00 (except panels, Opening and Closing nights) each in advance and may be purchased ONLY online. Quantities are limited. 

ADVANCE TICKET SALES:

You may purchase a maximum of 20 tickets to screenings and/or panel discussions per order. There is a limit of 4 tickets total per screening or panel discussion. Purchase time for pre-registered Individual Tickets is from October 21 to November 15, 2011. Here is a breakdown of some of the Individual Tickets available at the festival: 

Wednesday, November 9:

GENERAL TICKET – Opening Night:
Costs: $25.00

Thursday, November 10 – Monday, November 14:

INDIVIDUAL TICKET:
Costs: $15.00

(Screenings beginning after 7:00PM during the week from Monday-Friday and All-Day screenings starting after 2:00PM on Saturday-Sunday) 

Saturday, November 12:

PANEL TICKET:
Costs: $20.00

(Panels are only on Saturday-Sunday, please check schedule for exact times) 

Tuesday, November 15:

GENERAL TICKET – Closing Night:
Costs: $20.00

(General Ticket will include invitation to the Official Closing Night Afterparty with Sponsored OPEN BAR!)

SERVICE CHARGES:
With respect to festival tickets, online reservations and payments, there is always a service charge (often called a convenience fee) that is incorporated in order for festival staff to serve you better in facilitating your transaction. Please note these charges carefully:

ONLINE:

$2.00 Per Ticket
(All tickets purchased online will carry a service charge)

$10.00 Per Package/Pass
(All Packages and Passes purchased will carry a service charge)

TICKET DISCOUNTS:

All ticket discounts will only be applied in-person and on-site at all SAIFF Box Office locations. There will be ‘No Discounts’ applied to orders placed online. Please note the ticket discounts carefully:

SENIORS:

$5.00 Off – Per Ticket*
(Age 62 Years and Older) / *CASH ONLY SALES - Discounts Applied at Box Office and Not Applicable for online sales.
 

STUDENTS:

$3.00 Off – Per Ticket*
(Must show valid School ID)

ADMISSION:
To Guarantee admission, all Ticket and Pass Holders MUST be present at the venue 30 minutes prior to a scheduled screening start time.

WILL CALL:
Guests who purchased individual tickets online and did not order express delivery must pick up their tickets during business hours at the SAIFF Box Office. You must present a valid Photo ID and the Credit Card used to purchase your order, so that we can issue you your tickets. Please pick-up your tickets at least 2 HOURS before your first screening time. Tickets for screenings prior to 12:00 PM should be picked up the day before as heavy traffic is expected at the SAIFF Box Office during the AM hours. Tickets for screenings after 5:00 PM must be picked up during regular SAIFF Box Office hours. All tickets will be held at only the WILL CALL of the screening location of the film.

INDIVIDUAL TICKET TERMS:
There are no refunds for ticket sales or any fees. However, tickets may be exchanged at the SAIFF Box Offices 24 hours in advance of the schedule screening time based on availability - a $2.00 per ticket fee applies to exchange for another screening. Be sure to select your tickets/screening times according to your travel plans, allowing ample time to visit the SAIFF Box office (hours of operation listed below) and pick up your tickets prior to your first scheduled screening. All tickets are Non-Refundable and Non-Replaceable.

FESTIVAL SUPPORT:
Name changes on Individual Tickets are not allowed after registration is complete. You must add the following emails to your address book of approved senders list to ensure that all emails from the South Asian International Film Festival will reach you and not be filtered out by Spam Blockers:
