TICKET PACKAGES

Please plan ahead as Ticket Packages are sure to SELL-OUT! Over the course of 7 days, the South Asian International Film Festival will feature more than 30 films. Check out our available ticket packages to see which one best suit your needs and be prepared when tickets go on sale.

TICKET PACKAGE OPTIONS:

All Ticket Packages include access to the Festival Headquarters at The Rubin Museum of Art, the Filmmaker Lounge, the Museum Café, and nightlife admission to the official Festival Afterparties. Ticket Packages are neither transferable nor replaceable and must be registered in the name of the person who will be using them at the Festival. Name changes after purchase are not allowed. Here is a breakdown of two of the Ticket Packages available at the festival:

1) TICKET PACKAGE – ‘ALPHA’
Includes Opening Night
$275 Each

• Only used from Wednesday, November 9 to Friday, November 11, 2012
• Receive 2 VIP Tickets to the Opening Night Premiere and Reception
• Select an additional 6 Tickets to regular screenings and/or panel discussions.
• There is a limit of 4 tickets total per screening or panel discussion.
•  Package holders make ticket selections based on availability before the Film Festival begins.
•  Detailed instructions for ticket selection will be sent with Ticket Package confirmation.

2) TICKET PACKAGE – ‘BETA’
Includes Closing Night
$135 Each

• Only used from Saturday, November 12 to Tuesday, November 15, 2011
• Receive 2 VIP Tickets to the Closing Night Premiere and Reception
• Select an additional 8 Tickets to regular screenings and/or panel discussions.
• There is a limit of 4 tickets total per screening or panel discussion.
• Ticket Package-B also includes admission for Two (2) to the Awards Night Party, RSVP required.
• Package holders make ticket selections based on availability before the Film Festival begins.
• Detailed instructions for ticket selection will be sent with Ticket Package confirmation.

TICKET PACKAGE TERMS:

Additional handling fees apply when purchasing your Ticket Packages: $10.00 Per Package and all cancellation requests must be received in writing and confirmed with the registration office by November 2, 2011. There will be a 20% handling fee applied to all cancelled orders. ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

FESTIVAL SUPPORT:

Name changes on Ticket Packages are not allowed after registration is complete. You must add the following emails to your address book of approved senders list to ensure that all emails from the South Asian International Film Festival will reach you and not be filtered out by Spam Blockers:
