Ticket Rules
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Registration is free! By registering, you are acknowledging that you have read and agreed with all the terms and conditions (the “ticket rules”) published here. Please see “Important Dates” for upcoming schedules and events. Registration can begin at anytime and its important that you are ready to make your ticket purchases as soon as tickets and passes go onsale, as many screenings will sell-out often within days of the box office opening announcement. All registrations and pre-sale orders must be completed online. There are no phone purchases. There are no name changes or address changes after initial registration. P.O. boxes will not be accepted as valid addresses. There is a LIMIT of one registration per person. Duplicate registrations will be cancelled without notification. A “duplicate registration” will be determined by comparing names with other account information. There are no name changes or address changes after initial registration. P.O. boxes will not be accepted as valid addresses. Quantities are limited and therefore we ask that you mark you calendars for the opening box office date. Additional handling fees apply when purchasing Festival Passes/Ticket Packages: $10.00 per Festival Pass/Ticket Package; $2.00 per ticket for individual ticket sales (does not apply when ticket packages are being fulfilled); $10.00 processing fee on all orders.
ALL SERVICE FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
There are no name changes or address changes after initial registration. So be careful if you’re registering for your boss. You may get an Express Pass, but he won’t. SAIFF reserves the right to prohibit any sales during this festival and in future years to any ticket buyer who is identified or has been identified as a ticket reseller. This pertains to re-sales at above, below or at face value. Tickets and credentials can be remotely invalidated. The South Asian International Film Festival does not offer any public group sales options. All cancellation requests must be received in writing or via e-mail (no phone calls) and confirmed with the Package/Pass Office by November 2, 2012. There will be a 20% handling fee applied to all cancelled orders. You must add the following e-mails to your address book or approved senders list to ensure that all e-mails from the South Asian International Film Festival will reach you and not be filtered out by spam blockers:
