All orders are final.  No refunds, exchanges, substitutions, or replacements. SAIFF is not responsible for audiences missing the screening window of availability. SAIFF is not responsible for an individual’s streaming set-up or internet connection. If a screening is cancelled, box office will contact you about a refund.  Questions?
